Small businesses don’t have corporate price protections or massive distribution contracts. When supply costs go up, we feel it immediately. When insurance reimbursements drop or patients don’t pay their balances, we feel that too. We adjust, we absorb what we can, and we keep going because we care about the people we serve.
What many don’t see is this:
• Payroll still has to be met
• Supplies still have to be purchased
• Rent, utilities, and equipment still have to be paid
• We sponsor schools, teams, and local charities
When you shop local, book an appointment, share a post, or simply choose a small business — you are helping keep that entire ecosystem alive.
At Carter Healthcare, just like Olive Branch Market, every dollar that comes in goes right back into this community — sponsoring teams, supporting local families, hiring local staff, and serving the people we love.
Thank you for supporting small. It truly matters more than you know. 💙

Here at your local market you’ll always find full transparency & a whole lotta love for our people in this community.
We commit to keeping prices as affordable as we can, and we appreciate each of you for understanding when prices sometimes fluctuate. Outsourcing healthy foods can sometimes be very difficult — limited amounts resulting in further inflation of needed product. This is another reason our weekly menu varies — allowing us to be in sync with product distribution and discounts.
For example— If your chicken salads are $10 one week, and $12 the next, that means our chicken cost went up 23%, not that we are pocketing $2 extra per salad. None of us small business folk are doing it for the profit, I promise 🫶🏻
With all that being said — those of you who purchased lunches from us this week helped:
☄️ Sponsor Four Local Teams
💌 Support Two Local Youth Members
🏬 Build Tourism Funding
💐 Gift Five Community Members
🕊️ Donate to Two Local Benefits
Your visits truly impact our community in a huge way — clean eating & locally sourced goods are just added bonuses.
